QUAntum hEaling AnD REIKI

Quantum Healing is healing the body, mind, emotional and spirit from the quantum level. The level beyond the sensory level and this physical reality. It is the belief that our bodies are fields of information, intelligence, and energy.

Quantum healing involves a shift in the fields of dimensions,

frequency and energy. 

“The quantum field is just another label for the field of pure consciousness or pure potentiality. And this quantum field is influenced by intention and desire.” - Deepak Chopra

Everything in this universe emits a frequency. 

A frequency is known as a vibration also known as an energy.

We are all energy vibrating at a different frequency generating transmitting and receiving frequencies.

Everybody, everything including you has a unique frequency.

You are a magnetic being.

The frequency you put out has a magnetic pull and returns the exact frequencies back to you . Once you understand you are a frequency generator you can begin to shift your reality. For example when you turn on a radio you can’t see the frequencies but you can hear them playing on the radio. If you don’t like the song playing you change the station or switch the frequency.

Did you know you can heal your mind, body, emotions, physical reality and spirit by healing it at the quantum level? Our thoughts beliefs , attitudes affect the way we render or see ourselves in this present moment reality. If you don’t believe me I challenge you to watch, observe, and notice your own thinking and your thought patterns. Track the way you talk to yourself and if you are generating the results you want in your life. After you take some time to observe yourself next observe your loved ones, and the world around you. Take a step back and notice the reality they are creating for themselves based on their belief systems. If you feel you are a victim to your reality you will continue to create scenarios where you are a victim. If you have the ability to believe in yourself with the will to go after what you want, then you most likely see your reality through a lens of success, high self-worth and deservingness. 

My intention is not to blame anyone it’s about getting very curious about your own journey and the life you are co-creating for yourself. I want to empower you and help you understand the quantum field and how you can manifest a reality for yourself that is aligned with your pure potential and soul brilliance.

I’ll share a personal story with you. About 8 years ago I had my first spiritual experience. I had about 30 days sober off of opiates and I started going to AA meetings at 7am. I lived in Encinitas so after the meeting I drove over to the self realization fellowship gardens. At the time I had no idea I was being guided or led by something greater than me to visit the gardens. As I walked up the steps I felt a feeling of ease and peace come into me which was new. I took a seat on a bench and looked at the ocean. I closed my eyes and began to notice the sensations of peace and ease become heightened. It felt like I was in a warm bubble of love. Tears started pouring down my eyes I even had the thought are there angels around me? I had never experienced a sensation like this in sobriety. When I opened my eyes I noticed 40 minutes had gone by. I was shocked. I didn’t know how to sit still for let alone 10 minutes. What was this brilliant space of peace I just accessed? I spent 30 more days going to this space and connecting with this brilliance but didn’t end up staying sober and slipped back to my old ways till a few years later and had a spiritual awakening. 

Today 8 years later I went back to that space walking with my fiancé and sat in that same exact space. Closed my eyes and felt the same sensation of peace, ease, and love pour into my soul. This is common for me today since I tune into my higherself 24/7 and can tap into the quantum field . As I sat in this space I remembered that old timeline and witnessed the memory of the old version of myself sitting in that space feeling lost and separate and disconnected from herself and the world around her. This time I felt so much compassion and love for that version of myself and remembered my first touch of my own divinity. Back then I thought it was angels or something mystical. Yes it could of been. Yet today as I sat in that space having that memory of my old timeline come in I realized and asked myself, what if I was that presence sending love and connection to that version of myself? In the Quantum there is no time. 

Humans constructed the idea of linear time to know how to reference themselves in this reality. I had an epiphany and realized what if it was me in this now moment witnessing and loving on the one who felt lost in that moment? What if I was receiving the love and connection from a future version of myself saying everything will be okay just continue to connect with yourself and the brilliance that lives inside of you. I am always with you even when you feel separate.

A bit trippy? Trust me I know.

What I’ve learned on my healing journey everything is not what it seems. We all have the power to heal ourselves. We just need to learn how to access it and tune into it. 

When I work with clients I tap into the Quantum field. I trust whatever presents itself is whatever information wants to be witnessed and transmuted. I take you on a self love ceremony a journey into the sacred space of your heart and soul . We tap into the quantum field together.  I bring in the frequency of Reiki to bring in harmony, balance, and a loving nurturing energy through space and time. Both of our higher selves come online and will present timelines that may need healing which could be blocking you from manifesting your soul’s desires in this present moment reality. Once we bring our higherself awareness into the timelines a quantum healing can happen. We can’t change what happened to you but we can shift into a higher perspective of how those events happened to the one who may have felt hurt, betrayed, abandoned, angry or needs love and forgiveness. 

Tuning into a higher intelligence helps us shift our perspective on whatever may have happened to you and see it through the lens of your higherself. Clients begin to release, stories and limiting beliefs and distortion patterns that no longer serve them. They come back to their true essence and true nature and can begin to create a completely new reality for themselves without seeing their current life through the old lens and stories. They can tune into their true brilliance and highest timeline once they release old filters that aren’t in alignment with truth. I call these filters distortion patterns.

Miracles can happen in the Quantum field. In my experience I have been able to tap into a reality where addiction for me just does not exist. How did I do that? I had to let go of the belief that it was impossible. I had to release any projections others may have placed on me..  such as “Trish you better be careful look at your past track record” but really they are just projecting their fearful lens onto me. 

If you believe miracles and healing can happen for you then it will. This reality operates on the power of belief. Whatever you believe you will create more of. It really is the law of attraction, like frequency  attracts like frequency. If you are thinking positive thoughts you will see more positivity in your life. If you are consuming in negative thoughts, negative people, watching the news all the time you most likely live in a very fear based reality.

It really is that simple.

The quantum goes deeper beyond space and time. I believe each of us are multidimensional beings. We are not limited to just this lifetime. We are all souls who came from the one. The one desired to know itself on a deep level. In order to know itself it had to break itself off into billions of different atoms and life forms all having their own experience. What I am saying is we are all part of the one but experiencing this reality in our own unique essence. I believe the soul is more than just this life. We have had thousands maybe millions of lifetimes. I believe we have been more than just human as well. 

Have I lost you?

Thats okay just tune into the frequency of my words and see if it resonates with a part of your soul. Our souls have lived through thousands of realities and each time we come into form we come back in to have the journey of re- remembering and awakening to our connection with the one. Many things may have happened to us in our past lives , in our lineage that may be affecting us in today’s reality. 

For example if you have a fear of drowning and not sure what the source of the fear is most likely you drowned in a past life. Why is it helpful to bring awareness to that memory or timeline? Once you bring awareness you may be surprised the fear of drowning naturally subsides. Now you can create a reality where you try new things and are no longer dominated by unconscious generational or past life fears. This is a brief example of Quantum healing.

Something powerful happens in numbers as well. When you have two or more people come together holding the intention to connect to their purest best possible selves we bring in more momentum for healing in the quantum field. This is the power of numbers. When you have two or more observers ready to initiate and activate healing.

The Frequency of Reiki

Reiki (pronounced Rey-key) means Universal Life Force energy. When the word Reiki is broken down, the words can be translated as: Rei meaning "Universal, All Knowing, Inner Self or Higher Power," and Ki meaning "Life Force.”

It’s a Japanese form of alternative medicine or energy healing.  A Reiki Master Practitioner uses Reiki Master symbols to bring in harmony, love and healing through time and space for the mind, body and spirit of the client. The practitioner’s universal energy is transferred through the hands to promote physical and emotional healing. You do not need to be touched by the practitioner to receive healing, the practitioner can tune into your unique frequency and do distance energy work on you as well. If you understand we are made up of energy and vibration then you can trust that energy can be sent through time, distance, and space.

I tune into the frequency of Reiki a loving nurturing frequency that brings, balance love and harmony into your spirit, emotional, mental, and physical body.

With Reiki and quantum healing it’s not that I am the one doing the healing, I raised my frequency vibration high enough that I emit a presence of pure love and light frequencies that allows whatever wants to be activated, witnessed, healed and transmuted to come through the safe space I hold. 

I personally love using Reiki as a tool to help my clients feel safe, nurtured and connected to their bodies and spirit. I feel it truly nurtures the nervous system. It allows your soul gifts to come through as well. I noticed many of us where not supported in an environment that could hold our soul gifts. Reiki helps water, nourish and birth your gifts into this reality.

Quantum healing and Reiki should never replace conventional medical treatment. I am not a doctor or licensed therapist and do not claim to cure. I do believe using Quantum Healing and Reiki in addition to outside resources can activate your own inner healing abilities and bring in more optimism, joy, peace, love, abundance, miracles and magic into your life.
